Abstract
The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) eUDRP Initiative that received approval by the Internet Cooperation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) recently is reviewed. This is done by outlining WIPO's case for a paperless UDRP (eUDRP). Specific amendments to the UDRP Rules and WIPO Supplemental Rules are discussed. The comments received by ICANN during the public consultation period clearly illustrate that the internet community strongly support and welcome an almost completely paperless UDRP procedure.
