The randomly selected sample involves 262 students from five selected public universities in Malaysia, that is, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Malaya (UM), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Focus in this research is on West Asian students who study in these public universities. Further, comparison is made between UKM,UM,USM,UPM and IIUM. Data is collected using questionnaire and analysed using software Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS). The outcome of research data analysis obtained shows the level of satisfaction of West Asian students with the facilities and services provided by the public universities is average with the highest mean score at 3.00 for UPM. It is hoped that research outcome may guide the management of public universities to improve or restore and upgrade the existing facilities.
