This shows that, the use of QFD can help SMEs entrepreneurs to improve their productivity and services in order to accommodate international markets. However, SMEs are facing challenges to implement and integrate QFD due to some factors. The method to review the perception and feedback from the SMEs are via survey and phone interviews among the apparel SMEs that are registered with SME Corp Malaysia. Analysis from the feedback was used to get the first impression of the level of readiness and current knowledge of the SMEs in order to stimulate QFD implementation in apparel Malaysia Industry in the future.
