Synthesis of tetraaza bromide macrocyclic and studies of its effect on Poly(Methyl Methacrylate) Grafted natural Rubber (MG49) - Lithium Tertrafluoroborate (LiBF4) films

Abstract

Good Poly(Methyl Methacrylate) Grafted natural Rubber (MG49) films with homogeneous and smooth surface were obtained in the presence of Lithium Tertrafluoroborate (LiBF4) and 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11- tetraazacyclotetradeca-7,14-dienium bromide, (Me6 N4 H4) Br2 as dopants. The conductivity was found to be 3.63×10-6 S/cm an increase by seven fold compare to the undoped MG49.
