Abstract

(Graph Presented) R2Sn(IV) thiosemicarbazones derived from 2,3-dihydroxybenzaldehyde afforded O,O' chelates possessing high cytotoxic effect against L929 murine fibroblast cells. Those derived from acetone and 2,6-diacetylpyridine gave 5- and 7-coordinated N, S chelates respectively.
