Abstract

Job performances need quality service with teaching of Sufism for the addicts for RumahInsani, Malaysia. With a due to the quality of the learning process for them to increase professional training with religious practices for spiritual development. Secular way obtained job satisfaction by shaping the work field in shortly for the addicts although in spiritual way of performance for them in permanent. Enhancing the requirements, they need mental perfectness with spiritual guidance in their work places.
