Abstract

Crystallophysical, electrophysical and photoelectrical properties of ZnxCd1-xS solid solution films in the whole range of compositions 0 ≤ x ≤1 fabricated on large area substrates (∼ 100 cm2) by chemical vapour deposition (CVD) in hydrogen flow for use in solar cells are discussed in this paper.
