Abstract

The article discusses structural and electrophysical properties of CdTe films synthesized from elementary sources of Cd and Te depending on the concentration ratio of components of a vapor mixture in a reaction space, and changes in the resistivity and type of conduction of CdTe films with variations in the concentration ratio over a wide range 0. 03 less than equivalent to Cd/Te less than equivalent to 11.
