Performance of sliding mode controller with static and dynamic sliding surface

Abstract

This study propose a design two different sliding surface forsliding mode controller to controlling level and concentration for continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR) system. Design of sliding mode controller with two different sliding surface are used to know which one of those controlers are the best. Result show that dynamic sliding surface produces the best performance with time constant of 0. 1431.
