Abstract

This paper is an attempt to assess the suitability of the Malaysian law and judiciary to resolve international Islamic financial disputes. In this connection, it will propose for the establishment of an International Mu'amalat Court in Malaysia to settle international Islamic financial disputes in a similar fashion of the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC).
