Abstract

This paper reports the development of optical fibre scanner using dual-core multi-mode fibre for imaging biological sample. The fibre is driven with non-repeating Lissajous scan pattern. The reconstructed image from a barcode and granule Saccharomyces Cerevisiae is demonstrated.
