### Abstract

We extended the integral operator defined in [13] to the fractional power of Hurwitz-Lerch Zeta functions.We define a family of k-uniform starlike of such function. We obtained the necessary and sufficient condition F to belong to such family. We also found the integral means of such family of functions and establish an application of differential subordination theorem to a subclass of factional power functions.
