Abstract

Feedback has been found by many research has a significant important contribution on students learning. This study is based on action research aim to improve the quality of feedback and hence students' learning. 21 postgraduate students were asked of their reactions to the importance of feedback on their learning and what changes they would prefer. Three lecturers' views on the usefulness and practice of giving feedback were also sought out. Findings showed that the frequency of feedback received by the students was low and the quality of feedback was lacking. Based on the students' views and the lecturers' constraints in giving feedback, thus a plan of action was introduced in this study, using peer feedback.
