Hyperfine coupling constant in manganese-doped Cd1-xZnxTe

Abstract

An E.P.R. study was made on Mn-doped Cd1-xZnxTe using an X-band spectrometer. Hyperfine coupling constant of the material was measured both at ambient and liquid nitrogen temperature. The results obtained were correlated to the ionicity of the constituent compounds. A comparison of the present results is also made with a theoretical model proposed by Huang.
