    Abstract

    There are many factors affect the company performance. In global competition now days, a challenge in most of company is how to conduct proper identification to the area and level of quality improvement. Especially on the matter of company human resources are high intangible and invisible variables and attributes caused unclear situation and perception in the company itself. In addition, the complexity and limitation in tools and techniques, made each solution taken is not efficient and effective in handling the scenario. Identifying and knowing precisely the company's need of improvement, will direct to a better performance. Therefore, this paper presents new approach by viewing the quality of company performance through the view of human resources in terms of Family_Marriage. The similarities of characteristics between quality of company performance and Family_Marriage are made this study is one of interesting research that deserve to explore. In order to accommodate the linkage between the concept of quality of company performance and Family_Marriage, we develop new performance measurement by using Fuzzy Scorecard Deployment (FSD). FSD is a new approach in performance measurement that we proposed to improve the company performance in more effective and efficient manner. FSD measurement utilizes two famous methodologies of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Fuzzy Logic. QFD plays a role of characteristic deployment to identify the similarities concept between quality of company performance and Family_Marriage. Furthermore, Fuzzy Logic participates in the measurement to determine the priority needs of company to execute the improvement. The results give new perspective among decision maker and policy maker in company to enhance their quality of human resources under company performance. They are also able to consider what variables and attributes that will give better improvement to achieve their goals. We also provide an one page map of FSD's result as a tool for the company to support their decision making process. The value of this study is to give a new measurement approach which able to map the quality company performance with focus to the company human resources. The new measurement approach provides more variety point of view which nowadays company needed.
