Abstract

The effect of Water Vapor Thickness (WVT) on direct radiation normal to the beam at the earth surface IT as well as direct Ib, diffuse Id and global IG solar radiation upon horizontal surface has been evaluated. Solar radiation components have been estimated by Bird model software. Maximum losses based on daily, monthly, seasonal and annual analysis were found to be less than 8.35% for each solar radiation component.
