Abstract

Results are reported for an X-ray spectral electron-microprobe analysis of the formation of a Cu//2//-//xS barrier layer and the appearance in it of inhomogeneities: copper clusters; their role in the degradation of Cu//2//-//xS-CdS heterojunctions is indicated.
