Electroconductivity and photoluminescence of p-CdTe films

Abstract

The temperature relation of electroconductivity and the spectra of photoluminescence of p-CdTe films with different concentrations of VCD, acquired through chemical vapor phase deposition in a stream of hydrogen, are studied. The electroconductivity of the films was measured using a Van de Pol method, and the photoluminescence of films was excited using an LG-126 laser at 80 K. An FEU-62 photomultiplier was used to record the signal.
