Abstract

Small, Micro and medium enterprises (SMME's) are critical to the economic development, especially Malaysia, which aimed for developed country in 2020. The entrepreneurs need primary attention in developing their awareness and necessary skills towards electronic commerce as it has been proven as powerful approach for global marketplace and increasing revenue with minimum capital cost. This paper outlines the design of training framework for non-computer literate single mother. The project was to introduce the ideas of developing e-commerce website to a group of single mother entrepreneurs who have low ICT literacy, relative low educational background and low financial ability. A suitable training framework is proposed by linking their computer literacy and website development process for product and services marketing online.
