Bulk viscosity of liquid argon, krypton and xenon

Abstract

The bulk viscosities of liquid argon, krypton and xenon along their liquid-vapor curves have been deduced from Brillouin linewidth measurements. Our results agree with ultrasonics data, where available, and with both corresponding states law predictions and molecular dynamics simulation.
