Bilateral choanal atresia in Charge Syndrome

Abstract

A baby with antenatal detection of craniofacial and cardiac abnormalities at 5 months was diagnosed with bilateral choanal atresia, cleft palate, cloboma, foramen ovale defect and patent ductus arteriosus at birth. There was no respiratory distress at birth and choanal ateresia was corrected using stents prior to the repair of the cleft palate.
