Abstract

Hesitant Fuzzy Set (HFS) provides a useful tool in dealing with uncertainty and represented by several possible values. The distance measure between two HFSs is fundamentally crucial in decision making. This paper presents a series of hamming score distance of HFS that can be applied in decision-making problem based on the ideal solution of a technique for order preference to ideal solution (TOPSIS).
